Our team handles full delivery, professional setup, and collection after your event, so you don't have to worry about logistics no matter where in Zimbabwe your function is being held. Delivery fees for out-of-Harare events are calculated based on distance and order size.

We recommend booking as early as possible — ideally 4 to 8 weeks before your event for weddings and large functions, and at least 2 weeks ahead for smaller gatherings. Peak season in Zimbabwe (April–August for weddings, and November–December for year-end corporate events) gets fully booked quickly. Securing your booking early guarantees availability and gives us time to prepare a flawless setup for your big day.
All hired items remain our property and are your responsibility from the time of delivery until collection. We carry out a condition check on all items before delivery and again upon return. Any damage or loss will be assessed and charged at the applicable repair or replacement cost, which is outlined clearly in your hire agreement before you sign. We use high-quality, well-maintained furniture and ask that clients ensure items are kept safe and covered during the event. We're always happy to talk through our terms of hire before you commit.
