The best approach is to contact us with your event type, venue and audience size and we will prepare a detailed quote, usually within 4 business hours. Stage rentals in Zimbabwe are priced to include professional installation, safety assessment and dismantling.

Indoor staging configurations are designed to fit your specific venue dimensions, with options for stage carpeting, skirting, podium placement and integrated screen rigging. Indoor stage hire is available as a standalone service or combined with LED screens, lighting and PA systems.
We use modular staging that configures to any size — from small presentation risers to full outdoor concert stages. We do not have a single fixed size that you need to work around. Tell us your venue dimensions, the number of people on stage and your event type and we will design the right configuration and quote accordingly.
We recommend booking at least 2 to 3 weeks ahead for standard corporate events and 4 to 6 weeks for outdoor concerts, festivals and large multi-day events. Staging is our most time-intensive service to plan and install — the earlier you confirm, the more time we have to site-visit your venue and design the build properly.
